Limay Polytechnic College students are empowered to actively engage in community development through the Project Pamahayanan 2.0 Ground Waste Zero in their National Service Training Program - Civic Welfare Training Service by creating useful products from community waste materials for sale. This would also help out some community residents sustain their needs, while protecting the environment.
