Date Posted: Mar. 18, 2025

Ms. April Cruz, Teacher Education Department head, gathered the March Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) examinees for the regular final coaching and send-off ceremony, March 18 at the audiovisual room.

Preboard mock-test was administered to determine predictive turn-out. They also proceeded with the Final Coaching and Final Touches and culminated with Reflection and Prayer of Hope and the ceremony on examination pencil offered to the examinees that almost ended 7:00 pm.
Pres. Dr. Elmer De Leon graced the occasion by giving his encouraging words and critical thinking approaches in treating the items with situational analytic skills blended with sincere prayers. He also reiterated the purpose of the licensure exam among prospective practitioners in the field that made them realize its significance and may serve as a way to making it in the said examination battle.

Considering LET to be a metric to gauge preservice teachers' readiness in the professional practice and the TEIs' quality standards, LPC believes that it all comes from quality monitored instruction.

"LET is a measure to see if you are ready and can help solve problems in basic education, or likewise, contributory to the solutions to the identified problems. Whatever it takes, it would depend on your choice of answers," reiterated Dr. De Leon.

Other than the mock test and final coaching sessions, the examinees hold prayer vigil for LET everyday at 7:00 pm in order to hold on to their faith and conviction in this examination battle.

To note, almost 70 examinees are bound to flock to respective testing centers this March 23 with hope that another impressive institutional results may come out this March as has been constantly and consistently obtained by LPC in successive years.

"Good luck, dear future LPC professional licensed teachers and may we see you again on Foundation Anniversary for the Testimonial Tribute," inspired Dr. De Leon. Hence, Ms. Jesica Marata, OSADS, led the prayer vigil during the ceremony and the nightly prayer sessions.
