Guidance and Testing Center's Mission

To provide effective guidance and counseling services to all LPC students in partnership with other educators, parents/guardians, and the community to help develop and enhance their academic, career, and personal/social strengths to become socio-economic responsive citizens in the future.

OBJECTIVES
  • Assist students in making informed choices and adjustments in their academic, personal, and social lives.
  • Provide basic guidance services such as orientation, counseling, testing, information dissemination, career guidance, placement, and referrals.
  • Foster discipline management through guidance and counseling to promote harmonious relationships and achievement of common goals.

    Behavioral Problems and Incident Reports.

  • Academic Referral

    Failures, Academic Deficient, Absenteeism, and Poor Study Habit.

  • Registrar Referral

    Dropping Students.

  • Infirmary Referral

    Psychologically related physical illnesses.

  • Walk-In Counselee

    Personal problems, Emotional issues, Problems related to academics.

  • Testing Services

    SATA (Scholastic Abilities Test for Adults)

  • Information Services

    GCO Bulletin Board, Brochure, PUBMATS posted in Facebook page and School Visitation. Service of lectures with group dynamics activities with the students.
