Ms. Issabelle Mae Lalis, population worker II of the Provincial Population Office of Bataan under the Commission on Population and Development, paved a visit at Limay Polytechnic College to personally meet Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, president, for the second time and discuss programs and projects of the agency.

Currently, the latter is proposing the conduct of Adolescent Education seminar among students that incorporates sexuality education, youth development, gender and development and mental health.

He also mentioned that the current thrust and focus of the provincial government is youth empowerment and engagement which sounds attuned with LPC's priority area and extension advocacy.

On the other hand, Dr. De Leon laid down the school's youth organizations, programs and activities and community development engagements. He boasted the growing Pamahayanan 2.0 Ground Waste Zero that serves wider communities and reaches more barangays for the production of worthy prouducts out of waste led by the students in their NSTP classes. Hence, Ms. Lalis vouched for her support to the said program as a professional, government agency and personal advocacy that her counterpart in this discussion very much commended and appreciated.

Accordingly, the said proposed program will become part of the LPC's upcoming foundation anniversary celebration and that the said agency may take part in the product pitching and exhibit in same date, wherein she may also invite the provincial government officials to be part of the activity for possible material and financial assistance to the said worthy, significant and impactful program. Thus, this would make it truly, an event to remember.

The signing of memorandum of understanding is set on March 24 at the PPO at The Bunker Building.
