Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) President Dr. Elmer B. De Leon presided over the institutional meeting on Friday with the teaching and non-teaching staff, aimed at reinforcing and enhancing the college’s overall performance and operational standards at the LPC Library on August 15.

During the morning session, which was composed of department heads and teaching staff, the upcoming events of the institution were discussed, focusing on the necessary preparations before, during, and after each activity.

Dr. De Leon also reminded everyone of the importance of preparing all required documents in advance to ensure smooth processing prior to scheduled events.

In the afternoon session, a meeting was held with the non-teaching staff to discuss key updates and initiatives. Among the topics covered were the action plan, strategic approaches, documentation processes, and other administrative tasks in line with upcoming institutional updates and changes.

Moreover, the mid-year report and training design were also presented during the meeting, which Dr. De Leon thoroughly explained to ensure proper guidance and implementation among the staff.

Meanwhile, all offices and departments will hold a two-day session this week to present their accomplishment reports for Academic Year 2024–2025. Each office is expected to provide updates on their respective achievements and progress during the session. #
