Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) President Dr. Elmer B. De Leon has been recognized internationally after receiving the World Integrity Prize 2026 Award from the Anti-Corruption Civil Movement General Federation based in South Korea for his commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical leadership in education and public service, held at LPC ground, Limay, Bataan, March 9.

In a statement posted on his social media account, Dr. De Leon described the recognition as more than a personal achievement but a reflection of the institution’s collective efforts.

“This stint is not just an award, but a commitment to continuously imbibe integrity in service,” De Leon said.

He also expressed gratitude to the Korean organization for selecting him for the international recognition, saying he never imagined receiving such a prestigious award. LPC prexy also thanked the Municipality of Limay, local officials, the LPC community, and partner institutions for their support in advancing the college’s vision of global excellence.

“This recognition is not merely for me alone. This is for the whole LPC Community,” he said, emphasizing that the achievement represents the collective work and sacrifices of the institution.

According to him, the award is dedicated to the students of LPC, whom the institution continues to inspire to pursue their dreams and create meaningful impact in society.
