Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) President Dr. Elmer De Leon was among the reputable and credible accreditors invited to a renowned university in Baguio City on January 28-30, 2026.
Accordingly, beyond accreditation, there was ample learning, the exchange of operational management principles and academic practices, and the development of network partnerships.
