Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) continues to advance its digital transformation agenda by introducing a wide range of technology-driven systems and digital tools that enhance governance, instruction, student services, research, financial management, and institutional operations.

Developed primarily by the College's Institutional Technology (iTECH) Team, composed of Management Information System, Information Technology Education, Media Communication and Public Information, and Technical Unit, these innovations maximize the digital expertise of LPC personnel and reinforce the institution's vision of becoming a 100% digitized college by 2030.

𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚

To improve administrative efficiency and accountability, LPC has developed several governance systems, including an e-Monitoring System, Submission and Compliance Checker, online document-sharing platforms through official Google Workspace accounts, class and office monitoring systems, employee entry-exit pass tracking, and digital class schedule management.

The newly established e-LPC Digital Hub further streamlines campus transactions by providing faster, more efficient, and paperless services.

𝙎𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩

The College has likewise strengthened its financial management through locally developed systems that automate the monitoring and analysis of institutional funds.

Digital platforms now facilitate training design requests, procurement, materials and supplies requisition, disbursement, inventory management, and the monitoring of UniFAST fund utilization, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

Quality assurance processes have become more efficient through digital document submission, electronic records management, and digital archiving systems.

In support of LPC's internationalization agenda, dedicated online portals have also been established for institutional participation in global university rankings and international assessments.

𝘼𝙄-𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

The College now utilizes AI-assisted digital tools for institutional evaluation, enabling faster data collection, automated report generation, visualization, interpretation, and evidence-based decision-making.

𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣

Research activities are enhanced through digital platforms for online data gathering, qualitative coding, statistical analysis, grammar and plagiarism checking, literature synthesis, and online journal processing.

Meanwhile, student-developed capstone projects from the Associate in Computer Technology (ACT) program are being prepared for turnover to local government offices and community partners.

These include the Explore Limay digital tourism platform showcasing the municipality's culture, heritage, attractions, accommodations, and local cuisine, as well as barangay database systems and digital blotter record portals that will support more efficient public service delivery.

𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

LPC's academic units continue to embrace technology-enhanced learning through systems developed by the Information Technology Education Department and the Management Information Systems Office.

These include the Attendance Monitoring System, E-Grade System, Academic Database Transmittal System, an in-house Learning Management System, an offline learning platform currently under development, a student tracking system, and various digital instructional media that promote engaging and learner-centered instruction.

Academic departments have likewise developed specialized innovations, such as the E-Buz Hub and online marketing platforms for Business Education, digital drawing tablets and the ACT Java Coach for Information Technology Education, hologram-inspired instructional technology for Teacher Education, and modern digital learning tools for Technical-Vocational Education.

𝙀𝙣𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘼𝙛𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙨, 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

The Student Database System for co-curricular engagement, student organizations and E-Portfolio make the tracking and recording of the Office of Student Affairs, Discipline and Services Office for organization accreditation, deliberation, recognition and certification purposes a bit easier and more convenient and accurate.

𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙀𝙣𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩

The Registrar's Office has modernized admissions and enrollment through integrated digital systems covering student admission, enrollment, academic records, class sectioning, faculty loading, scheduling, and transcript processing. Digital mechanisms also support UniFAST submission and monitoring.

Students will soon benefit from individual online portals where they can securely view and print grades, receive announcements, and conduct official transactions with the College.

𝙈𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙇𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨

The College Library has strengthened its digital repository through an automated library management system that facilitates cataloging, inventory, utilization reports, and access to both print and electronic resources.

Students can also access e-books and internet-based learning resources through dedicated readily available reading devices, like Ipads.

𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙘 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨

Health services have also adopted digital databases to monitor the health status of students and employees for timely follow-up and intervention.
Guidance Teleservices and Anecdotal and Profile E-Records

The Guidance Office is preparing to launch a 24-hour Telecounseling Program, supported by comprehensive digital records of student profiles and anecdotal reports to improve counseling and psychosocial support and mental health services.

𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

LPC continues to expand its digital communication initiatives through the Media Communication and Public Information Office (PIO) by maintaining high-quality content across its official website, social media platforms, publications, and audio-visual productions.

Standardized branding templates and communication guidelines have helped strengthen the College's public image and institutional credibility with its new brand.

Official social media pages have likewise been established for academic departments, administrative offices, student service units, and recognized student organizations.

All official postings are reviewed and approved by the PIO to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Within classrooms, faculty members integrate multimedia presentations and standardized instructional materials to enrich the teaching-learning experience.

Campus-wide digital display boards provide real-time announcements, while an additional computer hub is being established to further expand students' access to digital learning resources.

Institutional programs and major events are now enhanced through interactive audio-visual presentations using LED display technology managed by LPC's newly hired technical production staff.

The Free Wifi Campus program in partnership with the Department of Information Communication (DICT), in support to school's provided Internet Bandwidth connectivity adds up to campus innovation and digital exploration for students and employees.

Through these initiatives, Limay Polytechnic College reinforces its commitment to Pathway 1: Good Governance, Dynamic Digitization, and Quality Assurance.

Guided by its vision of becoming a fully digitized institution by 2030, LPC continues to harness innovation and technology to deliver more efficient, responsive, environmentally sustainable, and future-ready education and public service. #
