𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | English major studes walk through 'Mastering the Medium'

The BSE-English major students at Limay Polytechnic College were trained on English proficiency enhancement dubbed as "Mastering the Medium" prior to their deployment to their respective cooperating schools at the Limay Multipurpose Hall, August 18-19.
Mr. Aljon Tobongbanua, Head Teacher III in the English Department at Bataan School of Fisheries, Orion, Bataan served as the resource facilitator in this 2-day training conducted by LPC Lingua Societas with Ms. Camille Aglinao, adviser.
In these two days, participants were guided on the new DepEd English curriculum framework. Their competencies in using the English language were tested and reinvigorated through different activities. At the end, they were given chance to articulate their thoughts and discuss their language models as their group workshop outputs.
This is one way of ensuring that the English major students get ready in their classroom immersion upon deployment. The impact of such will be assessed on their final demo teaching output and based on feedbacks of their cooperating teachers. An assessment survey will also be administered for this purpose.
