LPC Team hitches champ, 4th place in PICPATINIKAN Accounting Quiz Bowl

Two among six contenders from Limay Polytechnic College Accountancy Department made it by sweeping champion and 4th place, respectively in the PICPAtinikan Accounting Quiz Bowl, held at Colegio de San Juan De Letran - Bataan in Abucay, August 23.
Sophia Pacorsa brought home the champ award, while Trisha Carino ended on 4th slate.
Other LPCian contenders made it as elimination qualifiers. To wit: Abbygail Reyes (Level 1), Andrea Reyes, Alysza Del Mundo, and Karyl Garcia (Level 2), respectively.
The whole LPC Community cheers with glee for bringing pride and honor to the institution.
Other than the championship trophy, medal and certificates for the winners, LPC also received a plaque for the institution during said annual accounting joust.
As such, a big commendation is accorded to Dr. John Levy Rueda, head of Department of Business and Accountancy for supporting, assisting and accompanying the students; Mr. Joemark Ablian, for driving and servicing them; and most of all, to Mr. John Carlo Oracion, coordinator of BS Accountancy and adviser of JPIA LPC who made this far in this feat and for mentoring and guiding the students; and to the BSA and JPIA students for all the moral support, encouragement and inspiration.
More so, appreciation is extended to Mr. Mark Anthony Banda, Ms. Sheryl Bartolo and Ms. Belen Marteja, people behind their triumph for working on and processing their travel order, arrangement and entailed budget.
Also, LPC extends acknowledgment to the Municipality headed by Hon. Mayor Richie Jason David and Hon. VM Marie Grace David and concerned department heads for the approval, support and assistance in the process.
Truly, this is a testament of LPC's proven quality standards and academic excellence.
