Faculty members actively participated in different activities and exercises prepared in various sessions for this year’s Annual Faculty Development Training-Workshop held on September 06, 2022 at the audio-visual room that carried its purposes and objectives, namely: (1) Identify information based on CHED mandates on full face to face implementation in schools toward transition continuum plan framework model; (2) Demonstrate understanding of hyflex learning and determine essential digital tools for learning relevant to the new normal; (3) Describe positive and dynamic instruction relevant to the new normal learning condition through effective strategies and techniques; and (4) Construct metacognitive test items essential and relevant in the new normal grounded on sound assessment principles and standards, respectively. The seminar-workshop ended with full of learning take-a-ways and insights and established deeper relationship and closer bonding with one another in different group activities.
