Limay Polytechnic College were guided in constructing metacognitive board-based test items that were expected of them for their actual pre and post-test. The participants were divided into groups based on their field clusters and asked them to draft samples of test items that was facilitated by Ms. April Cruz, head of Teacher Education Department. The latter presented their outputs that were critiqued by Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, assessment expert, who after the whole presentations, commended the groups for coming up with quality metacognitive assessment tools. This workshop was a part of the two-day faculty development training-workshop at LPC that focused on metacognitive learning assessment tool in the new normal.
