Limay Polytechnic College, thru Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, was invited to participate in the Public Consultation on R.A. 11713 or Implementing Rules and Regulations by the Teacher Education Council (TEC). Dignitaries from various agencies, such as CHED, DepEd, TESDA, SEAMEO, Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and the TEC Council officers gave insights and presented the content of the said IRR. Dr. De Leon represented both the LPC-Teacher Education and the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), respectively.
