Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, LPC president guided and mentored the Management Team on plan evaluation, gap analysis and rationalization on September 21, 2022. This has been the result of his initial assessment and analysis of the outputs of respective department heads and unit officers. Thus, he eloquently laid down the areas for continuous quality improvement toward better and quality accomplishment of the report.
