John Rudolph Galo Barbin, third year BEED student and concurrently, the LAMPARA editor-in-chief was acclaimed as this year’s Outstanding Tertiary Campus Journalist in Region 3 given by the Association of Tertiary School Paper Advisers of Region III endorsed by the Commission on Higher Education Region 3, held on August 30, 2022 during the Young Journalist Press Freedom Congress held at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Abucay, Bataan. It can be recalled that Mr. Barbin also bagged a place in the Newswriting in Filipino during the Regional Higher Education Press Conference held at Osias College, Tarlac City. Truly, the whole LPC Community applauds the achievement of Mr. Barbin and extends its warmest congratulations to LAMPARA.
