Limay Polytechnic College binds partnership with the Philippine Public Safety and Order Support Group (PPSOSG) for community extension projects and disaster risk management programs. To note, PPSOSG is a non-government organization composed of volunteers coming from diverse walks of life with the purpose of establishing an organization that will actively cooperate and involve in the various activities of different public safety and order and law enforcement agencies of the government. As such, its mission is to serve as useful and effective volunteer support group of all the legitimate authorities in the Philippines mandated to enforce, implement and maintain public safety, peace and order, health, education and morals of the Philippine society. The memorandum of understanding was transacted with LTC Dr. Israel N. Virgines, PPSOSG chief director and Dr. Elmer de Leon, LPC president, witnessed by Ms. Julie Diaz, PPSOSG member and Mr. Mark Anthony Banda, admin asst. and designated QUALITI officer. Hence, for purposes of partnership, relevant programs have been set to assist LPCians and the adopted communities on disaster risk management and other community extension activities. #SDG17partnershipsforthegoals
