The LPC family paved their way to the Municipal Office to greet Hon. Mayor Nelson C. David, Executive Chairman of the Board and Founder on his birthday, November 12. Notably, LPC accords all its endeavors, accomplishments and community impact to the celebrant all these years. As such, they considered his birthday as a celebration of life, joys and success of LPC.
