The LPC's Integrated Philippine Anti-illegal Drug Strategies (IPADS) Committee had their second session to finalize their plan of action based on their presented framework. To note, IPADS Committee is one of LPC's Special Committees created to respond to the 17 SDGs toward internationalization. Besides, PADS has been a legal mandate among institutions as per Executive Order No. 66 s. 2018 and restated in CMO 78 s. 2018 toward ensuring illegal drug-free learning institutions in response to Sdg16. To date, IPADS Comm also collaborates with inter-agencies, namely: the Philippine National Police (PNP), Rural Health Unit (RHU) and Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD), respectively. Memorandum of Understanding is set to be transacted for this purpose with the said agencies very soon.
