Adhering to Proclamation No. 728 declaring November 04 as Day of National Mourning for the victims of severe tropical storm Kristine, LPC had a solemn regular flag raising ceremony with the National Flag on a half-mast. This is in sympathy with the families who lost their loved ones caused by the devastating typhoon.
