LIMAY, BATAAN — Rover Scouts from Limay Polytechnic College gathered at Kitang Elementary School, Limay, Bataan for the 2nd Rover Scout Investiture and Vigil Ceremony, October 26. LPC Instructor Francis Syre San Pedro opened the event with his welcoming remarks — emphasizing that every morning is a celebration of the human spirit. Meanwhile, Sct. Rhojake Atale led a session on history of Rover Scouts — sharing insights about the movement's founder and its origins. On the other hand, Sct. Jayson Mangune conducted a Talas-Isipan activity for the aspiring scouts which included the significance of the 12 Points of Law and core Scout Ideals. Rover Scout Officers also demonstrated essential skills, including basic hand signals, whistle commands, and the Smartness Order. Furthermore, the day continued with hands-on activities, such as knot tying, first aid training, and team-building exercises, enriching the scouts' skills and camaraderie. Report by LAMPARA
