Officers of respective campus organizations had their mass oath taking conducted by Hon. Remigio S. Tayag, Jr. SB Education Committee Chair on October 17, 2024 at the Limay Sports Complex witnessed by LPC administrators and organization advisers, faculty and staff. The said event has been a kick-off to student leadership and governance as to date. This has been first time to have mass oath taking rites among organizations witnessed by the whole LPC Community led by the Supreme Student Council (SSC). During the program, Mr. Mark Labosta, incumbent SSC president, passed on the key of leadership to his successor Ms. Jenny Mae Santos. It was followed by signing of Pledge of Leadership Commitment by the inducted officers. Right thereafter, the program proceeded with organization booth displays and carnaval festival as the jumpstart of the institutional acquaintance party in the afternoon. To note, student organizations at LPC are classified into: (1) Student Government and Campus Press; (2) Departmental Organizations; (3) Academic Organizations; (4) Socio-cultural Organizations; and (5) Interest Societies. All of which aim to harness students' potentials in various fields through active engagement with gender parity, while diverting their energies and adrenalin and refraining them from mental health issues, prohibited drug involvement and discipline problems. #SDG10ReducedInequalities #sdg5genderequality
