Adorned with Hollywood spirit and black colored ambience in sync with the Mafia concept, a dress to impress, the Office of Student Affairs, Discipline and Services (OSADS) and Supreme Student Council (SSC) staged the whole day Acquaintance Party 2024 on October 17, 2024 in three folds, General Leadership Oathtaking, Campus Organization Launching Booths and Fierce Party at the Limay Sports Complex. After the dragging and daunting three-day examinations, students, with faculty and staff took a short break and enjoyed the party that showcased a blend of fanfare, such as the department bench chant, Kalooka-alike, Singing Bee and I can See your Voice, 'rock rakan' and dance craze fever performances by the Cultural Society. Winners were awarded, including the Best Dressed participants. The event left meaningful experience among students as they showcased their talents, confidence and wit in expressing themselves with their unique but jiving motif outfits, while winning their prizes. This is one way of balancing the academics and social engagements among students toward holistic development and sustainable mental health.
