PAPRB stages PPS13; PAFTE, PBPT receive 4 major awards

The Philippine Association of the Professional Regulatory Board (PAPRB) and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the 13th Philippine Professional Summit at the Manila Hotel, October 15-16, 2024 themed: "5 for 17" Matters: Filipino Professionals Responding to Glocal Economic Challenges with Congw. Stella Quimbo of Second District of Marikina City. The said event served as an assembly of distinguished dignitaries, and Accredited/Integrated Professional, Organizations (APOs/AIPOs), and different Professional Boards under PRC to establish network, share expertise, practices and updates, learn trends and strategies and bind professionals across fields toward synergestic action for common good for the Filipino professionals, manpower sources and available job market. For this year, it emphasized the UN sustainable development goals that every professional is adhering on. Pres. Dr. Elmer B. De Leon joined the said confluence representing the Philippine Association for Teachers (PAFTE) and the Professional Teachers cluster. Notably, the Professional Teachers cluster, thru PAFTE and the Board for Professional Teachers surprisingly bequethed four major awards during the Awarding Rites for continuously providing services to and for active and strong engagement for professional teachers, including participation in aid to review and legislation of national policies for development in education.
