Due to the need for synchronous instructional delivery, a faculty meeting was set via online to orient everyone on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) in compliance with Municipal Order on individual performance of LGU employees. As such, everyone shall be assessed based on formulated Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) which will be consolidated into Department Performance Commitment Review (DPCR).
