NSTP students from BSBA and BSA programs under the Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) Program started their community immersion to the adopted communities, Barangay Kitang 1 headed by Chairman Hon. Arnel Bagtas and Brgy. Landing Chairwoman Hon. Editha Sales as part of their initiative and involvement in the civic and community-based project called "PAMAHAYANAN 2.0 (Paglilingkod at Pamamahala sa Tahanan at Pamayanan). As a community college, LPC strengthens its ties with the community through immersion experience and integration process as the essence of extension for community development and student success. This just simply attests to social inclusivity in the community being advocated by LPC as it takes a lead and performs its role in community development and transformation. The group jumpstarted with community need assessment with the residents as inputs to crafting their project design for sustainability. They are guided by Ms. Julie Diaz, Pamahayanan 2.0 coordinator. #SDG17partnershipsforthegoals #SDG10ReducedInequalities #Sdg11Sustainable Cities and Communities
