Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, together with Hon. Dr. Rosita L. Navarro and Hon. Paz I. Lucido (Chairperson and Vice-chairperson of PRC Professional Regulatory Board for Professional Teachers and chair and alternate chair of CPSP-CATS) participated in the workshop on Identifying and Writing Professional Practice Outcomes and Learning Outcomes in the Level Alignment Matrix (BES Cluster) conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission - Career Progression and Specialization Program Credit Accumulation and Transfer System (CPSP-CATS) at the PRC-PICC, Pasay City. Different CPSP Committees along Professional Boards under Business, Education and Social (BES) cluster actively participated in the said writeshop. In capsule, the CPSP CATS is grounded on RA 10968 (Phil. Qualifications Framework Act); RA 10912 (Continuing Professional Development Act of 2016); and RA 7836 (The Phil. Teachers Professionalization Act of 1994). Thus, all professionals shall be subject to PQF level alignment of competencies for career progression, professional development and multiple exits.
