The Region 3 organized the Association of Deans for the Colleges of Education Region 3 that replaced the original Council of Deans for Colleges of Education Region 3. In an assembly called for this purpose on September 04, 2024 at Heroes Hall, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, a newly crafted Constitution and By-laws was presented to the body for review and finalization. Succeedingly, election of officers was done. Dr. Alma Natividad from Holy Angel University assumed the presidency of the reborn council for teacher education. Meanwhile, having its first time of affiliation and engagement, LPC is now a bonafide and official member of ADCER3, while its department head Ms. April R. Cruz was elected as representative for Bataan TEI chapter. To note, the said council aims to gather TEIs in the region, thru the respective deans or heads/chairs for updates, developments, innovations and relevant policy review and legislation toward sustaining quality teacher education. #SDG17partnershipsforthegoals #SDG4QualityEducation
