The Team Pamahayanan 2.0 led by Ms. Julie Diaz started crafting plans and laid down programs in the onset of its implementation. The team subjected the need assessment tool for peer review and validation guided by Pres. Dr. Elmer Bm de Leon as he articulated his expectations, greater prospects and opportunities for LPC's branding and funding.
