LPC staged the most awaited grandiose 25th Commencement Exercises on July 10, 2024 at the airconditioned Limay Sports Complex themed: Emerging Empowered LPCian Graduates in the Crest of Change with Hon. Paz I. Lucido, Vice-Chair of Professional Regulatory Commission for Professional Teachers of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as this year's Commencement Speaker. In her commencement speech, Hon. Lucido resonated, "Dear graduates, as you leave the pole of Limay Polytechnic College, you will undoubtedly face new adversities. There will be moments of doubts, setbacks, [and] failures. But remember, it is in these moments that your character is truly tested and forced. Embrace these challenges as opportunities for growth, learn from your mistakes, adapt to new circumstances, and perceive unwavering commitment and determination. Adversity is not a barrier but a catalyst for innovation and change." Dr. Milagros L. Borabo, Executive Director of Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), (having LPC as an institutional member) who put in the PAFTE Medallion of Academic Excellence to the cum laude and delivered a message on behalf of PAFTE. Hon. Nelson C. David, Limay Municipal Mayor and Executive Chair of the Board of Trustees; Hon. Vice Mayor Richie Jason D. David and Hon. Gaudencio Ferrer delivered the chairman's address and messages on behalf of the municipality, Sangguniang Bayan and Provincial Government, respectively. Hon. Cecil Gerard Roxas, Vice Chair of SB Education Committee, Municipal Administrator Danilo E. Datay and Ms. Remedios P. Mendoza, Board Secretary and the rest Board members also graced the ceremony. Meanwhile, Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, College President, delivered his opening remarks by way of citing the so many reasons to celebrate this graduation, such as the school's victories, achievements and accomplishments and he thanked the people behind the fruitful turn-out of the institution. The confirmation of graduates, distribution of diploma with CHED-granted S.O. numbers, awarding of academic, achievements, research awards, special citations, pinning ceremony and valedictory address highlighted the said event as considered one of a kind, expressed by the participants and expectators while being commended by honorable guests.
