Dr. Elmer B. De Leon was elected PRO of Association of Local Colleges and Universities (ALCU) Region 3 held in Botolan, Zambales in August 2024. Recently, he joined the Induction Ceremony administered by Dr. Lora Yusi, Regional Director on September 11, 2024 at Clark Marriott Hotel, Pampanga. Dr. De Leon received the Certificate of Appreciation for LPC's active engagement in the said organization.
