In retrospect, Dr. Elmer B. De Leon was invited to facilitate the In-service Teacher Training at Columban College, Olongapo City which was attended in by hundreds of faculty members in respective levels, departments and campuses of the said institution. Dr. Leon's topic that centered on Critical and Creative Thinking in Teaching-Learning was even made dynamic and engaging through different exciting and funfilled workshop activities that were actively participated in by the attendees. At the end, everyone was able not only to get copies of the lecture presentation, but also brought with them significant experience and learning take-aways. It can be recalled that LPC was warmly welcomed by the latter during its benchmarking activity in 2022.
