The second day of the LPC employees' training was filled with updates and reiteration of legal provisions and mandates for compliance and accomplishment. To wit: (1) Data Privacy Act: A Review of Policy, Implementation and Implications by Dr. Israel N. Virgines, Chief Director, Philippine Public Safety and Order Support Group; (2) Adopting a Quality Assurance Mechanism for Preservice Teacher Education Degree Programs by Ms. April R. Cruz, head of Teacher Education Department; (2) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Career Progression and Specialization Program and Credit Accumulation and Transfer System (CPSP-CATS) as per PRC Reso 1262 s. 2020 by Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, LPC president; and (3) Policy Framework and Strategies on Healthy Learning Institutions by Mr. Mark Anthony B. Banda, QUALITY officer.
