Where are now? Where are we going? How do we get there? The Management Team convened to revisit the LPC 5-year Strategic Plan and Roadmap and did the environmenal scanning on August 14, 2024 at the LPC Library led by Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, president as Part 1 of the Annual Management Review and Strategic Planning. The President walked through with the team on the direction pipeline of the institution. He also introduced the 2025 Visionary Framework that caps "LPC 2030: Empowered to Create Impact" with focus on 5 outcome domains (Lima 'y), namely: Student Success; Operationational Sustainability; Institutional Branding; School Culture; and Community Impact. Excitedly, everyone accepted the challenge and vested their commitment on the said new LPC thrust. Part 2 will be Plan Accomplishment Evaluation and Crafting of Development Plan for each unit.
