Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, president unveiled the new LPC Visionary Framework during the Employees' General Assembly on August 16, 2024 at the College Library. Dubbed as "Empowered to Create Impact" with 5 Dynamics, namely: Student Success, Operational Sustainability, Institutional Branding, School Culture, and Community Impact. Also, department and unit heads presented their accomplishment reports for everyone's awareness of the institution's current positioning and its future pipeline direction. After the said presentation, onboarding orientation and first general meeting in preparation for the new school year were immediately set and held. #SDG4QualityEducation
