LPC, thru the Office of Student Affairs, Discipline and Services (OSADS) conducted the traditional first flag raising ceremony on August 19, 2024 at the Quad to kick-off the S.Y. 2024-2025 school opening. Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, president, delivered his message to the attendees by laying down the previous school year accomplishments and the expectations in the current school year with its promises of sustaining the standards as LPC works on its national and worldwide recognition through student success and social impact. He also left everyone the challenge to be part of the institution's journey to excellence and in creating community impact. He also commended the students' discipline all this time and all throughout. "Together, let us succumb all odds as we work for LPC's great and glorious achievements." During the program, Ms. Rizza Hussain, faculty, rendered a song number to inspire everyone. Thereafter, the employees and students, while in straight line, proceeded to their respective offices and classrooms to begin a new day of performing their duties and attending their classes.
