As part of LPC's Academic and Cultural Immersion in Baguio City, the employees set various activities, such as indoor and outdoor socialization, zumba, salu-salo meals and bonding moment as part of the Annual GAD (Gender and Development) Covenant and Socialization Camp. The activities were set in El Casa that housed the participants during their 3-day stay. The said program carries its perspective of breaking physical, social and emotional boundaries and barriers that may impede the smooth institutional operation in realizing its directions and goals. More so, this is usually a time to recharge, rejuvenate and reinvigorate everyone's commitment, relationships, teamwork, resilience, stronger bond and impact-laden productivity, while sustaining respect, acceptance and gender parity amidst diversity as LPC begins to unravel another school year ahead. #Sdg5: Gender Equality
