Dr. Elmer B. De Leon was invited by the DepEd-NEAP Region 3 for the Continuing Professional Development Orientation to Schools Division Offices in Region 3 on August 29, 2024 at the NEAP Region 3, Angeles City, Pampanga as part of their 4-day Capacity Building Program. Dr. De Leon also guided the attending division officials on their program application and enlightened them on their queries and questions. The latter was also requested to hand in the Certificate of CPD Provider ship among those who were recently approved by the CPD Council. To note, DepEd Region 3 aspires to attain 100% SDOs as CPD providers in 2024. To date, only two remaining SDOs have yet to be approved on their applications which are currently on process. Likewise, Dr. De Leon challenged them to obtain and sustain 100% applied CPD programs approved by adhering to rules, policies and standards set forth for this purpose.
