In retrospect. A healthy conversation with LPC Research and Extension Team and DepEd, PRC, PAFTE, KIS, and Magbukun Tribe on joint projects and programs to be executed among cultural and IP communities. Thank you Dr. Ivan Gail Yarra for the initiative in hosting the said consultation assemblage. Present were Hon. Paz I. Lucido, Vice-Chair of Board for Professional Teachers - PRC; Mr. Francis Bautista, DepEd Limay Supervisor (on behalf of Dr. Carolina S. Violeta, SDS who was in Palarong Pambansa that time); Dr. Ivan Gail R. Yarra, Principal In-charge of Kinaragan Integrated School; Ms. Rubilyn C. Adion, Magbukun Tribe Advocate and Coordinator; Dr. Milagros L. Borabo, PAFTE Executive Director; Dr. Elmer B. De Leon, LPC President and PAFTE Vice President for Luzon; Ms. Frances Ann S. Genese, LPC-RDE Director; Ms. Ann Lou Rochell S. Santiago, Extension Coordinator; and Mr. Mark Anthony B. Banda, Linkages and Partnership Coordinator, respectively. To date, LPC, thru the RDE and in partnership with Kinaragan Integrated School and Magbukun Tribe, is conducting cultural redemption study in the IP Community to be presented and endorsed to the Municipal Tourism Unit as part of Pamahayanan 2.0, a promising LPC's community extension program.
