Trained and empowered to become champions of social responsibility, environmental awareness and community engagement, LPC Rover Scouts volunteered to assist Kitang Elem. School in their Brigada Eskwela 2024 upon arrangement and partnership of KES, thru the Principal with LPC, thru the President. Indeed, a good community development advocacy to begin, attain and sustain.
