Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, president prompted a discussion with the Academic, Research, Registry and QUALITI Units on the Continuous Quality Improvement in the light of data entries and registry transmittal verification, while addressing implications and resolving academic gaps, concerns and metrics for data consistency, error-free and reliability purposes. During the discussion, Dr. De Leon emphasized the importance of efficient documentation at LPC as it works on quality assurance standards and measures. Thus, inputs, analysis and suggestions for continuous quality improvement in the academic operation were highlighted as everyone pledged commitment for making this school’s thrust possible and remarkable as anticipated to bring positive impact to the LPC community, the LGU and other stakeholders.
