Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, LPC president, has his investiture and oath taking on October 19, 2023 at Novotel Manila, Araneta City, Quezon City during the Recalibration Training of Accreditors for Hybrid Accreditation of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) being an active accreditor almost two decades as evidenced by his accrediting stints and assignments in various colleges and universities in the country in the areas of teacher education, graduate education, liberal arts and research.
