The City College of Angeles officials headed by OIC-Dr. Jean Paolo Lacap warmly welcomed the Limay Polytechnic College visiting team during the Angeles-Clark benchmarking, finally set on October 24, 2023 after its postponement due to Typhoon Hanna. Academic exchanges, sharing of best practices, operational systems and strong academe-LGU coordination and campus tour, while binding camaraderie and initial networking and interrelations, all rolled into one during the said benchmarking activity at CCA, a local college that champions research, cultural affairs and sports, including their state-of-the-art facilities and building structures. As a positive turn-out of this event, the host institution counterpart vouched for providing assistance to LPC in forming its cultural affairs and affiliating it to NCCA, Consul for the Arts and in tapping agencies and professional organizations, while the Research and Extension counterpart pledged commitment in assisting the latter in affiliating with Department of Science and Technology, National Research Council of the Philippines and the Commission on Higher Education’s Institutional Development and Innovation Grant (IDIG) for research funding purposes as joint partnership venture of the two binding institutions, other than the joint research collaborations.
