As part of the extension program with St. Paul University Surigao, Dr. Elmer B. de Leon had the chance to meet the preservice teachers and shared relevant experiences, practices, pedagogic techniques and strategies toward transforming them into becoming successful future teachers.
He stressed on the importance of doing well in the academics and developing one’s self holistically while metacognitive skills are always in place.
“What we need today is to have balanced development and keep growing in all facets of our being in order to cope with the demands, needs and challenges in today’s time toward life survival future success”, advised Dr. De Leon.
