Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, president and Mr. Mark Anthony Banda, administrative officer and QUALITI coordinator conducted teacher training at St. Paul University Surigao on May 04, 2023. The host institution, with Dr. Liza Chua, dean of the College of Education, Culture and Arts graciously welcomed them in the said institution.
After the said training session, both parties sat down for possible partnership arrangement in the form of extension program, both through teacher training and “adopt a school” program with focus on spiritual and social development for LPC students.
