Direct from Alabang, Muntinlupa, the GenPact Phils set the second zoom meeting with Limay Polytechnic College on April 3, 2023 as a follow through of the partnership with LPC for the Associate in Computer Technology, major in Service Management Program (ACT-SM), the 'Adopt-a-School' project and possible sponsorship. Mr. John Xavier Balderas, recruitment manager and Ms. April Santos, recruitment supervisor represented the GenPact Philippines; while Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, LPC president, Ms. Frances Ann Genese, director of Academic Affairs and RDE, Ms. Ann Lou Santiago, RDE asst. and Mr. Mark Anthony B. Banda, coordinator of QUALITI were from LPC. During the meeting, the latter analyzed the result of BPO skill assessment simulation taken by Ms. Genese as a dry-run for student skill assessment intended for the ACT (Service Management) as part of the partnership. Both parties also committed for their specific roles and contributions to the said partnership to be stated in the binding Memorandum of Agreement being prepared by the college for affirmation of the second party. This is for the realization of LPC’s intent to offer the ACT-SM offering set for the S.Y. 2023-2024 with sure employment opportunities after completing and fulfilling the program.
