The first flag ceremony for the second semester, school year 2022-2023 was held led by faculty and staff. Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, president, rendered his message for all LPCians and stressed on service, commitment and responsibility as needed in order to sustain quality operation as LPC recalibrates and rebrands its state. As such, "the spirit of servitude, commitment and responsibility lives on as we face transitions and transformations toward achieving Dangal LPCian aspiration. With all of you around, nothing is impossible.” remarked the president.
