Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, LPC college president was elected vice president for Luzon upon obtaining majority of votes cast by the members of the board during the board assembly held on March 23, 2022. Dr. De Leon will take his seat for S.Y. 2022-2024. To note, he has been elected as VP for Luzon for successive terms after his stint as PAFTE-NCR chair both for four years and he has served the said organization since 2007 and was awarded when it celebrated its 50th year in 2018. During his previous term, he assisted the regional chapters in Luzon, shared lectures on special topics and action research as speaker, became LET coach and reviewer and he chaired the Research Committee. The LPC community congratulates Dr. De Leon for this meritorious achievement brought to the institution.
