Women advocates and institutional dignitaries delivered their warmth messages for the recipients of the ‘Gawad-Parangal para sa Natatanging Kababaihan’ during the celebration of the Women’s Month culminating event. The following guests rendered their messages: Hon. PMajor Jennifer Cruz, Hon. Sarah David and Hon. Rosario R. Perez, SB chair and vice-chair of Committee on Social Welfare Gender Equality, Women, Youth and Family; Hon. Cecil Gerard Roxas, chair of Peace and Order and Good Governance; and Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, president of LPC. Nevertheless, their meaningful and inspiring messages captured the hearts of both the awardees, their families and loved ones and the spectators.
