LPC faculty and staff actively joined the Research Writeshop as part of culminating activity during the 1st LPC Research Capacity Building with an end-view of crafting their group research proposals. Certainly, they discussed relevant topics and sources of data to be generated for the study as evidence of their learning outcome from the said training and the given lecture to them. Incessantly, it was made sure that all research proposals are utilizable, need-based and institutional development-centered that are doable and realizable in a sense. At the end, all crafted proposals were presented by group leaders, while mentoring and coaching was set for each of them as committed by the college president and the resource speaker himself.
