In order to trace and determine status and conditions of graduates who are in the field, Limay Polytechnic College (Department of Teacher Education) conducts Education Walkthrough to different schools where its graduates are currently deployed. Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, President; and Ms. Frances Ann Genese, Director of Academic Affairs visited Kinaragan Elem. School at the Upper Land of Limay and had a fruitful conversation with the very young and dynamic principal Dr. Ivan Gail Yarra about the condition of Indigenous Peoples (IPs). LPC laid down possible outreach programs to be partnered with KES, of which ideas were positively welcomed by the principal, who even invited the latter to the immersion activities at KES among preservice teachers. They also met KES teachers who are graduates of LPC, whom the principal personally commended as best performing teachers deployed in said school.
